Job Description

Job Summary:
The Onsite Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the food facility. This role serves as the primary point of contact on-site and ensures smooth, efficient, and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of on-site staff Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, FDA, USDA, OSHA, local health codes) Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met Enforce company policies, procedures, and sanitation standards Train, coach, and evaluate employees on job performance and safety practices Schedule staff and manage attendance, breaks, and shift coverage Conduct regular inspections of work areas, equipment, and food handling practices Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment Complete required documentation, reports, and logs accurately and on time Communicate with management regarding operational issues, staffing needs, and performance metrics Respond to incidents, accidents, or food safety issues promptly and appropriately Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and management teams as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Previous supervisory experience in a food production or food service environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and supervise for long periods Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (hot or cold)
Pay:
$26.00 - $27.00 per hour
