The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment, and will be able to motivate and inspire their team members to work together towards a common goal. The Shift Leader will be responsible for managing daily operations, delegating tasks, providing feedback and ensuring that all customer service standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and the desire to take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees. Provide direction and guidance to employees to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Ensure that all safety regulations are followed. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Train new employees on proper procedures and protocols. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as needed.
