Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain smooth operations Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining professionalism Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or cashiering within the food industry is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting; attention to detail is essential Join our team if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your hospitality skills can shine!
