What You'll Do Support daily dining room operations alongside servers and management Assist with food and beverage delivery in a timely, accurate manner Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables throughout service Reset tables quickly and efficiently to club standards Refill water, assist with bread service, and anticipate member needs Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen, and management Maintain service stations, polish glassware and silverware, and complete side work Provide attentive, professional service to members and guests at all times What You'll Bring Must be at least 18 years of age Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Strong work ethic and ability to move with urgency Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods What We Offer Hourly pay plus tips Flexible scheduling A positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth within the club Staff meals and employee perks
