Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to meet quality standards. Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and public areas. Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest satisfaction. Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly. Maintain high standards of hygiene by adhering to cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times. Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Support team efforts during busy periods or special events by stepping into housekeeping management roles when needed. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments—hotel experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, mops, and industrial cleaning tools safely. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness across multiple areas. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably. Familiarity with custodial practices within hotel or industrial cleaning settings is a plus.
