Key Responsibilities Administer self-insured employee benefit plans, including enrollments, life event changes, and vendor coordination. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries while ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Coordinate annual open enrollment and maintain accurate benefits records, reporting, and documentation. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and support performance management and employee development programs. Evaluate and enhance benefits and talent development initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. #
GRPA Pay:
