Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive company culture.
- Oversee HR administrative processes, including maintaining and updating employee records.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Handle payroll operations, utilizing systems such as Paychex to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and manage HRIS systems to track employee data and streamline HR operations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational standards.
- Utilize Spanish language skills to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce, as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement best practices.
