Job Description
The Academic & Career Development Support Professional will work closely with the Academic & Career Development Coordinator to support the planning, preparation, implementation, and daily operations of academic and career-focused programming at the Club.
Primary responsibilities would include:
Assist with the planning and facilitation of Academic & Career Development programs. Support the daily operation of Power Hour and provide homework and academic assistance to members. Assist with STEAM, career exploration, college and career readiness, financial literacy, and other department programming. Help prepare program materials, activities, supplies, and learning spaces prior to programming. Provide direct support and supervision to members during academic programming. Assist with tracking program participation, attendance, member progress, and outcomes. Support the implementation of special events and initiatives, including STEAM Night, family engagement opportunities, and career-focused events. Help maintain organized, welcoming, and engaging Academic & Career Development spaces. Collaborate with the Academic & Career Development Coordinator and other Club staff to support member needs and departmental goals. Assist with additional Academic & Career Development responsibilities as neededPay:
$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per weekBenefits:
