Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full-Time Front End Supervisor to represent our company with enthusiasm and expertise. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily front-end operations, managing social media and events, ensuring exceptional customer service, moving dogs of all sizes through our facility, and working closely with our close knit staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for excellent customer service, and the ability to be the face of The Good Dog Spot.
Responsibilities Hours:
7am-6pm Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday (with lunch break from 12-1:30 daily) with one short weekend shift per month. Some holidays required.
Duties:
Maintaining customer records, communications, etc Being the friendly professional face of the business Maintaining daily facility records Maintaining a clean and appealing front end Planning and posting at least 4 social media stories/posts per week Planning monthly add on event each month. Must be planned by the 15th. Designing and sending marketing emails New client acquisition and onboarding Resolving client conflicts professionally and confidently Having disciplinary/dismissal conversations with clients Working with other supervisors to plan each shift. Editing the schedule to reflect any changes. Complete our dog handling training course to manage play groups safely Jump in to our dog play groups as needed/available to help out and get social media images Master functionality of Gingr software Coordinate repairs/maintenance etc as needed. Maintain a high level of accuracy with bookings, feeding, medications, etc. Join our team as a Full-Time Front End Supervisor where your leadership will inspire excellence! Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
