Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dog-loving, motivated and hard working individual to join our team. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our animal clients. This position requires knowledge in pet care, animal handling, and customer service. If you have a passion for animals and enjoy hanging out with animals we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
  • Provide basic pet care such as feeding, exercising, bathing, and nail trims
  • Administer medications as directed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and animal enclosures
  • Provide excellent customer service to pet owners, addressing their concerns and operating a Point of Sales system
  • Work to include weekdays, weekend days, and some holidays
Experience:
  • Previous experience in pet care or animal handling is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners; in person, over phone, and text.
  • Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments safely and confidently.
  • Experience with heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) is necessary for this role.
