Job Description
Licensed Spa Professionals Wanted Massage Therapists The Retreat at Serendipity Province is seeking dependable, professional, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapists to join our established Valparaiso spa as Independent Contractors. For more than 25 years, The Retreat has provided professional massage, spa, and wellness services to the Northwest Indiana community. Services May Include Swedish massage Deep-tissue massage Customized therapeutic massage Couples massage Hot-stone treatments Prenatal massage Specialty massage services Japanese Head Spa and other services based on training Compensation Commission is based on independently selected availability, completed services, rebooking, retail sales, and add-on sales. Both the daily and weekly requirements must be satisfied to qualify for each commission level. Independent Contractors select and submit their availability. Once availability is submitted, contractors are expected to remain available to accept appointments during those times. Priority booking opportunities will be based on current performance, availability, rebooking, sales, and client demand—not seniority.
