The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional services while delivering high-quality treatments. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients through personalized regimens and professional advice. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, waxing, body wraps, relaxation massage and body services. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Promote retail sales of skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Uphold the highest standards of guest services, ensuring each client feels valued and cared for. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Experience in guest services with a focus on creating a welcoming environment. Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management. Ability to promote sales effectively while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
