Duties Perform a variety of esthetic services including facial treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care. Conduct skin analysis to recommend suitable treatments and at-home skincare routines based on individual needs. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on skincare products, procedures, and aftercare instructions to promote optimal results. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician Proven experience in performing diverse esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, etc. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction. Knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control procedures, and safety standards within a spa or clinical setting. Excellent communication skills for educating clients on skincare routines and product recommendations. A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques .
