Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will assist in developing innovative interior concepts, creating detailed drawings, and supporting project execution from concept through completion. This is an exciting opportunity for emerging designers eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment, working on diverse residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring a keen eye for aesthetics, strong technical skills, and a proactive attitude to contribute to inspiring spaces that enhance everyday experiences. Duties Collaborate with senior designers to develop interior design concepts aligned with client needs and project goals Support project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with contractors and vendors Contribute to drafting specifications for lighting, materials, finishes, and furnishings while considering color theory and lighting design principles Help review contracts, construction documents, and renovation plans to ensure accuracy and compliance Participate in site visits during renovation or remodeling phases to monitor progress and quality control Qualifications Knowledge of interior design principles including color theory, lighting sales, and remodeling processes Familiarity with drafting techniques, construction documentation, and contract review processes Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and team members Prior experience or coursework in interior design or related fields is a plus A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for learning new skills in project management and design technology Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to transforming spaces into inspiring environments!
