Requirements Minimum of one year of supervisory experience Document-control or legal administrative experience preferred but not required Strong leadership and team-management skills Ability to train, mentor, and provide direction to employees Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage daily assignments and monitor team performance Comfort working with legal and organizational records Ability to review scanned documents for clarity and accuracy Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems is preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive records Job Duties Lead a document-control team of five to six employees Assign daily tasks based on project needs and priorities Train and mentor document-control staff Track workflow and manage individual and team performance Oversee the preparation and scanning of organizational records Manage records within an Electronic Document Management System Prepare legal documents for scanning Remove staples, paper clips, and other fasteners Organize documents to ensure they are ready for scanning Review scanned images for clarity, completeness, and accuracy Correct or rescan unclear document images Save and organize electronic records in the appropriate system Monitor project progress and help the team meet established deadlines Protect confidential and sensitive information Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
