Founded in 1981, LBC&C has established itself as a prominent insurance defense law firm with a proven track record of successfully defending legal, accounting, business and design professionals.

Responsibilities:

Handle litigation matters from the inception of the case through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Member in good standing with the New Jersey Bar. Admission to the New York Bar a plus. Minimum 3 - 5 years of litigation experience. Excellent writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
