Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description

Bergen County's premier Personal Injury law firm, Law Offices Rosemarie Arnold, LLP is currently seeking experienced NJ Personal Injury Senior Litigation Paralegals to join our team! Our team players have a miminum of 3 years experience and the ability to prioritize and multi-task while being proactive, detail-oriented, efficient and organized in our fast-paced growing office. Candidates with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, identify problems and implement solutions, and maintain meticulous cloud-based paperless files should have experience in the following:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills when communicating with clients, adjusters, medical providers, experts, defense counsel and Court personnel.
  • Drafting Correspondence, HIPAA Authorizations, Complaints, Motions and responsive pleadings, as well as Specials/Discovery/Arbitration/ Mediation/Friendly Hearing/Trial packages, Releases and other settlement documents.
  • Maintaining a Tally of treatment invoices and outstanding balances via Provider invoices, PIP Ledgers, EOBs, Health Insurance, Medicare and/or Medicaid records. Filing PIP Arbitrations/Lawsuits when necessary.
  • ECF
  • New Jersey Superior & Appellate as well as PACER
  • US District Court
  • Legal database software, Needles/Neos, experience is a plus
  • Office 365
