Qualifications Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age at time of employment (Must have valid work permit) Successful completion of pre-employment screening Must possess current and valid Certificate of Completion in Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED from American Red Cross Employee may be required to work in extreme and humid weather condition. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to swim, walk, sit, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 30 pounds or more. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must be physically able to perform all rescue skills, including backboard rescue and deep water lift. Requirements /
