Multiple shifts available Job Summary Oak Glen Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing team. The LVN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while working collaboratively with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to support resident health, safety, and comfort. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN or physician Accurately document care, treatments, and resident responses in medical records Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Support residents and families with professionalism, empathy, and respect Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver person-centered care Qualifications Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California CPR certification (BLS) Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care Benefits (may include) Competitive pay based on experience ($29-$34/per hour) Medical, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees) Paid time off and holiday pay Supportive leadership and team-oriented environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Oak Glen Post Acute is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
