Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing facility. This role handles preventive maintenance, machine changeovers, component fabrication, and PLC troubleshooting to maximize equipment uptime and safety.

Shift Options:

Morning (8am-4:30pm), Swing (4pm-12:30am), or Graveyard (12am-8:30am) | M-F Core Responsibilities Conduct regular PMs to prevent equipment failures and unscheduled downtime. Perform timely machinery changeovers to keep production schedules moving. Fabricate parts, rebuild equipment components, and suggest system upgrades. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and exploded parts diagrams. Troubleshoot automated equipment using basic PLC knowledge. Follow strict EHS safety procedures Track parts inventory, request materials, and care for assigned tools. Qualifications 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience (Required). High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Basic PLC knowledge and schematic reading capability. Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
