Henderson/Residential Pool Service/Start Immediately/Part-time/Gas reimbursement Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and optimal operation of our customers pools and spas. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining pool systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, handling water treatment chemicals, and providing exceptional customer service to pool users. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and debris removal to ensure pristine water quality. Monitor and adjust pool chemistry by balancing pH levels, chlorine, alkalinity, and other water treatment chemicals to maintain safe swimming conditions. Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems; perform repairs or coordinate with specialists as needed. Conduct regular inspections of pool plumbing systems and mechanical components to identify potential issues before they escalate. Handle chemicals responsibly by following safety protocols for storage, mixing, and application to ensure a healthy environment. Qualifications Prior experience in pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot pool equipment and plumbing systems effectively. Familiarity with water treatment chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing techniques. Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Excellent customer service skills to assist pool patrons professionally and courteously. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
