Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems Troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration-related issues Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Communicate findings clearly and provide honest recommendations to customers Document service work and ensure accurate reporting Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle Follow safety standards and ensure all work meets local codes Manage service routes efficiently and complete jobs on time Requirements 2+ years of proven experience in HVAC service, repair, and maintenance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong understanding of electrical systems and refrigeration cycles Nice to
