$75,000 - $125,000/year

Full-Time Overview NexGen HVAC & Plumbing is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Anaheim, CA. This role is ideal for a reliable, customer-focused professional who takes pride in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. As a key member of our team, you will be the face of the company—providing high-quality service, clear communication, and dependable solutions that keep our customers comfortable year-round. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems Troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration-related issues Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Communicate findings clearly and provide honest recommendations to customers Document service work and ensure accurate reporting Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle Follow safety standards and ensure all work meets local codes Manage service routes efficiently and complete jobs on time Requirements 2+ years of proven experience in HVAC service, repair, and maintenance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong understanding of electrical systems and refrigeration cycles Nice to
