Cedar Lodge & Settlement- Property Maintenance Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time) We are a small, family-owned Wisconsin Dells rental property on the lower Dells featuring a central lodge, suites and individual log cabins. Our guests come here for a relaxing, peaceful getaway, and the upkeep of our property is what makes that possible. We are looking for a reliable, experienced Property Maintenance Manager to keep our grounds and buildings in tip, top shape year-round. This is a hands-on, independent role. You will start your day at 7:00 AM , working through a daily checklist and handling guest or staff work orders as they arise. Because we are a hospitality business, weekend availability is required .

What You'll Do:

Mechanical & Repairs:

Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues throughout the lodge and individual log cabins. •

Pool & Grounds:

Manage daily pool operations and chemicals. Keep the property looking sharp by cutting grass, blowing the parking lots, and dragging the beach area. •

Seasonal Upkeep:

Handle winter weather by snow plowing and shoveling to keep pathways and lots safe. •

Task Management:

Stay on track independently to complete daily routines and address maintenance requests efficiently.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience Required:

A solid background in general maintenance, property management, or the trades. •

Self-Driven:

You must be able to work alone, manage your time wisely, and stay on task without someone looking over your shoulder. •

Reliability:

Prompt 7:00 AM start time and a commitment to working weekends when the resort is busiest.

Pay Range:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on your experience. •
