Freezer Technician:

Oversee product flow into blast freezer Ensure quality, safety, and company standards are always enforced Coordinate the flow of product after it is baked Complete paperwork such as the Excessive Waste Form Ensure Freezer Inventory Sheets are properly filled out Ensure departmental process and procedures are performed and upheld Ensure all training is being conducted for Derringers Assist in de-panning product WIP count and organization Organize perishables in the freezer Maintain and report ice buildups Support any kind of raw, cardboard, or freezer inventory Allergen segregation Follow all good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and safety regulations What You Need to Bring to the

Freezer Technician Role:
