Tire Technician Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, particularly in tire service and vehicle maintenance. This role involves working with various hand tools and power tools to ensure the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles. A commitment to excellent customer service is essential, as you will be interacting with clients to provide them with quality service. Responsibilities Semi-tire flat or change Tubed tractor tires Dirt Bike/Motorcycle tire changes Beadlock tire changes Brake jobs on all vehicles Tire changes from 4" and up Mount up custom wheels without scratches or damage Familiar with service truck and capable of handling service calls Ability to replace broken/stripped wheel lugs and studs. Battery and Alternator Testing Tire flat can be done in 20 minutes or less Handles comebacks/redos Knows how to roadforce/force match pro. Capable of simple chassis related jobs. TPMS diagnosing/repairing Keeps the shop clean Tire Service/Tool Maintenance Sipe and Stud tires Understands brake pad life and how to use an indicator to know how much is left. Capable of doing front-end shakedown Can handle oil changes if necessary
