Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated CNC Milling Programmer/Machinist to join our fast-growing machine shop. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience programming with Mastercam and setting up CNC milling/turning machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Program CNC milling machines using Mastercam with minimal supervision Set up CNC machines, ensuring accurate first-piece inspection Independently machine complex prototypes and production parts Troubleshoot machining issues quickly and efficiently Interpret complex drawings and specifications Optimize machining processes for speed and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

Proficiency in Mastercam (required) Strong machining background with the ability to work independently Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings Experience with Fanuc and/or Mazak controls is a plus Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality
