CNC Programmer/Machinist Leading firearm component manufacturing company has an immediate need for a CNC Programmer/Machinist. Fast paced environment must be able to multitask. Looking for a dependable, creative, flexible, and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Full-time employment, long-term position, with opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities/Duties, but not limited to: Produce CNC Programs for 3,4, and 5 axis machines. Proof out programs by doing set up and submit to First Article buy off. Develop manufacturing process plan. Maintain quality and safety standards and keep records. Maintain equipment and supplies. Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates. Maintain tooling and NC Code database. Make program adjustments as necessary. Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 years' experience with CNC Mill Machines. NC Code knowledge a must Hyper Mill experience Experience with Doosan, Makino, Hermle, Brother, Haas CNC mill and lathe a plus. GD&T proficiency Knowledge of proper measuring tools Firearm knowledge a plus Work unsupervised. Pass FBI/DOJ background check. NO felonies
