$20.61/hour Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler I to join our team on the 3rd shift. This role involves operating machinery, assembling components according to specifications, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate machines and perform assembly tasks as per specifications Conduct quality checks during the assembly process Maintain production efficiency and meet output targets Safely operate tools and machinery in compliance with company standards Identify and report any issues, defects, or inconsistencies to supervisors Required Qualifications 0-5 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates welcome) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Basic familiarity with manufacturing tools or software Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment Additional Information This is a night shift position with a pay differential included in the hourly rate Opportunity for contract extension based on performance and business needs #
