Job Description

Assembler 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working within a fast-paced factory environment to assemble products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience with assembly line processes, hand tools, and power tools, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations. Prior warehouse or factory experience is a plus, and familiarity with forklift operation and mechanical knowledge will be highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic manufacturing facility committed to quality and safety. Duties Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and work instructions Operate hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively Use forklift or other warehouse equipment as needed to move materials or finished products Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues that may arise during assembly Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, factory work, or assembly line operations preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly processes Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required Warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
