Custom Apparel Production Specialist (Screen Printing / Embroidery) Machine Operator

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced apparel production specialist with a strong background in either screen printing (manual and/or automatic) and/or embroidery. This role is ideal for someone who understands production flow, values quality, and can contribute immediately while continuing to grow into a more independent operator.

Pay:

$22.00/hour (

Training Period:

3-6 months) → $25.00/hour after successful training → $30.00/hour starting in October (busy season), based on ability to operate independently

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and assist with screen printing equipment (manual and/or automatic presses) and/or embroidery machines Set up jobs, including screens, garments, threads, and materials Maintain consistent print and stitch quality across runs Assist with order prep, production workflow, and fulfillment Keep workspace organized and production-ready Work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-process environment

Required Experience:

Prior experience in screen printing and/or embroidery (professional shop experience preferred) Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to follow production processes and timelines Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Highly Valued): Heat press operation Roll-to-roll printing (UV, eco-solvent, or similar) Laser engraving Sewing / garment construction Graphic design experience (especially Adobe Illustrator)
