Production Associate / Installer Event Production

About Us We are a leading Northern California event production and tent rental company supporting weddings, corporate events, festivals, and large-scale community gatherings. Our team specializes in installing high-quality temporary event infrastructure, including tents, staging, flooring systems, and more. Position Overview We are seeking experienced Production Associates / Installers to join our field team. This is a hands-on role involving both warehouse operations and on-site event installation. You'll work alongside a professional crew to build and break down event environments ranging from private gatherings to large-scale productions. Key Responsibilities Install and dismantle event infrastructure, including: Tents and tent structures Temporary flooring and decking systems Staging and platforms Tables, chairs, and event equipment Work on-site at event venues as part of an installation crew Load and unload trucks with event equipment Prepare and stage orders in the warehouse Maintain equipment (cleaning, organizing, quality checks) Follow safety protocols and crew leader direction Support efficient setup and breakdown timelines Required Experience Candidates must have prior hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Event production or setup crews Tent installation Festival or concert production Staging or AV setup Construction or outdoor installation work Large-scale event logistics This role is ideal for individuals comfortable building structures outdoors and working in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Preferred Qualifications Warehouse or logistics experience Experience loading/unloading trucks Forklift certification (a plus) Familiarity with event rental equipment Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, lift, climb, and perform physical work for extended periods Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends during peak seasons Qualifications Prior event, production, or field installation experience required Strong work ethic and reliability Team-oriented mindset Attention to safety and detail Valid driver's license (preferred) Compensation & Growth $16.90 - $19.50 per hour (based on experience) Why Join Us?
