This position plays a critical role in the daily operations of the department and offers a unique behind-the-scenes look at how student film productions are supported at the school. We are hiring mid spring 2026 - seeking to train workers who will stay on for the next academic year. Responsibilities Report to supervisor at the beginning and end of each scheduled shift Complete assigned administrative and operational tasks in a timely manner Professionally interact with students, staff, faculty, and guests in the workplace Monitor department email, forward messages appropriately, and respond when needed Support the Driver Authorization process as a liaison between students and staff Facilitate the Certificate of Insurance (COI) request process for student productions Conduct research to support production management tasks Writing, proof-reading and copy-editing Filing, scanning, archiving Review and audit production paperwork for completeness and accuracy Take meeting minutes and assist with file tracking and record keeping as needed Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude when working with supervisors and team members Maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive student and production information Required Qualifications Currently enrolled student Available to work at least 4 hours per week Strong administrative skills and attention to detail Punctual, dependable, and responsive to direction Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow production safety protocols Proactive and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Desired Qualifications Prior administrative experience Interest in or familiarity with film production workflows Professional demeanor and positive attitude Strong problem-solving abilities Able to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines Special Instructions to Applicants This role requires a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
