Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Quality Control Specialist fluent in Korean and English to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards by conducting comprehensive inspections, analyzing measurements, and verifying compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to excellence, safety, and regulatory adherence across all production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global organization dedicated to delivering superior quality products through meticulous quality assurance practices. -Responsibilities and Duties Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards Investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions Document inspection results and maintain quality records Identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company quality procedures
Additional Duties:
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this role may be assigned other related duties as needed to support efficient production operations and evolving business needs. Comply with all production-related safety rules and procedures while performing assigned duties. -Experience & Required Qualification Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or similar regulated industries. knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform data collection, analysis, and reporting effectively. Bilingual in Korean and English is essential for effective communication across diverse teams and customers. -
Preferred:
Green Card holders Associate's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment preferred Korean/English bilingual Strong analytical and Excel skills Automotive industry experience Experience working with OEM customers
