Chief Marketing Officer This role reports directly to the CMO and functions as the operational second-in-command within Marketing.
Compensation:
Executive-Level Base +
Performance Bonus Base Range:

Execution infrastructure must now catch up to ambition. We are hiring a Head of Marketing Operations to build the operational backbone that enables sustained, disciplined growth toward nine-figure revenue. This role owns marketing execution infrastructure and is empowered to implement systems, restructure workflows, upgrade talent, and enforce operational standards across marketing with executive backing. The Mandate To architect and enforce the system that turns strategy into predictable, measurable output across all marketing channels.
You will:
Design and enforce the marketing operating system Standardize workflow, documentation, and accountability Install performance scorecards across roles Align campaign execution with pipeline and signed-case growth Reduce executive involvement in tactical coordination by building structure that holds You will have executive backing to implement systems, upgrade tools, restructure workflows, and elevate performance standards across the department. Scope of Ownership Operational Architecture Own and optimize the marketing workflow platform (ClickUp or equivalent) Define role-level KPIs across Creative, Performance, Social, and Traditional Install dashboard reporting tied to revenue and pipeline impact Document scalable processes across all major marketing functions Execution Discipline Drive 95%+ on-time campaign launches Identify bottlenecks before escalation Enforce clarity in deliverables, timelines, and accountability Establish corrective protocols when standards are not met Revenue Alignment Ensure marketing execution ties directly to qualified opportunity growth Translate performance data into operational adjustments Partner with CMO and intake leadership to close the loop between campaigns and case acquisition Talent & Standards Directly oversee channel leads Evaluate capability gaps within the team Recruit and upgrade talent where needed Raise output standards across the department What Success Looks Like (First 9 Months) 95%+ on-time campaign execution rate Fully systemized KPI dashboard tied to revenue impact Clear performance standards across all marketing roles Documented workflows for all core marketing functions 50%+ reduction in CMO involvement in day-to-day execution flow Measurable increase in marketing throughput and campaign velocity Required Background 8+ years in marketing operations or integrated marketing leadership Experience in high-growth environment ($50M+ revenue preferred) Managed multi-channel teams (8+ contributors) Built and enforced operational systems at scale Deep fluency in marketing KPIs across digital and traditional media Financial literacy: understands pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, and revenue impact Who Thrives Here Someone who: Enjoys building order in growing organizations Structured and decisive Calm under pressure Comfortable holding high performers accountable Able to challenge assumptions respectfully Thinks in systems, not tasks Motivated by building durable infrastructure, not chasing trends Scope of Impact You will build the operational backbone of a multi-channel marketing organization competing in a high-stakes, performance-driven market.
