Job Description
Market Manager - Metro by T-Mobile (Bilingual Preferred) Position Summary The Market Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and growth of multiple Metro by T-Mobile retail locations throughout the Rio Grande Valley (RGV). This role focuses on driving sales, developing high-performing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all assigned stores. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong retail management experience, excellent coaching skills, and the ability to travel between store locations as needed. Key Responsibilities Lead and support multiple retail locations to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals. Recruit, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and Retail Sales Representatives. Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to exceed company targets. Ensure all stores deliver outstanding customer service and maintain Metro by T-Mobile brand standards. Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, provide coaching, and identify growth opportunities. Analyze sales reports, trends, and metrics to improve overall market performance. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Partner with Store Managers to improve employee engagement, retention, and team performance. Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention initiatives. Resolve escalated customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Support new store openings, staffing initiatives, and special projects as assigned. Collaborate with senior leadership to execute company strategies and business objectives. Qualifications Previous experience managing multiple retail locations or leading high-volume retail operations. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and improving business performance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic business decisions. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the RGV market. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
