Product Manager

Job Description An employer in the insurance industry is looking for a Product Manager to join the remote team. This person will operate at the program level, partnering closely with both business and technical stakeholders to identify key program initiatives and translate them into clear direction for Product Owners and scrum teams. This individual will manage the product backlog by capturing all requests in a centralized repository, establishing rank order and priority of items as agreed upon with stakeholders. They will play a critical role in requirements gathering by working directly with internal and external customers to understand user personas, workflows, and business processes in order to define new features and enhance existing functionality, while drafting and refining backlog items that meet the team's definition of ready. At a high level, this person will be responsible for roadmap creation, backlog prioritization, feature development and refinement, rollout planning, and cross-functional coordination, while also supporting product demonstrations, training, documentation, and ongoing troubleshooting to drive adoption, continuous improvement, and adherence to agile best practices.
