Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven professional to support enterprise-wide safety culture initiatives with significant visibility and impact. Our team focuses on driving strategic safety projects and executing transformation roadmaps to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and execute major safety-related projects and initiatives, developing objectives, strategies, and business cases across the enterprise. Drive cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, facilitate collaboration, and report project progress through meetings and presentations. Develop and maintain master plans for complex safety culture projects, aligning individual timelines, interdependencies, and communication needs. Execute overarching safety culture transformation strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and successful outcomes.

Required:

Minimum 7 years' experience in managing projects, programs, or contracts, including implementing large-scale programs with major organizational impact. Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and coordinate business readiness activities such as stakeholder analysis, change interventions, training, and communications. Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, and communication skills, with proven experience in prioritizing tasks, monitoring assignments, and holding team members accountable. Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Project Management Certification preferred.
