PMPay:
$3,700/week (~$92.50/hour based on 40 hours)Position OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive mental health services in a structured clinical setting. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health needs through evidence-based practices.

QualificationsMinimum of 12 months of recent experience (within the last 3 years) in a similar clinical settingActive California LCSW license (required)Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited programStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsAbility to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formatsExperience working with diverse and high-acuity populations preferredKey ResponsibilitiesConduct initial mental health assessments, including psychological, social, and substance use historyPerform suicide risk assessments and crisis intervention as neededDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plansProvide individual and group therapy sessionsConduct mental status examinations (MSE) and ongoing evaluationsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support continuity of careParticipate in treatment team meetings and case consultationsReview prior records and documentation to support diagnosis and treatment planningProvide patient education and support for transitioning between care settingsAssist individuals with access to community resources, benefits, and support programsSupport discharge planning and continuity of careAdditional ResponsibilitiesParticipate in on-call or clinician-of-the-day coverage for urgent needsProvide written reports and clinical summaries as requiredMaintain compliance with all documentation and confidentiality standardsFollow mandated reporting requirements (e.g., harm to self/others, abuse reporting)Maintain a safe and professional clinical environmentRequirementsCurrent BLS/CPR certificationAbility to work in a fast-paced, structured environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage complex cases and prioritize effectively
