We believe kids thrive when they're challenged, encouraged, and genuinely excited to learn. Our NinGym program combines obstacle-style movement, agility, strength, coordination, and high-energy fun for kids ages 5-10—and interest from families has grown quickly. We're looking for someone excited to take ownership of this program and help shape what it becomes. About the Role We're hiring a NinGym Director / Lead Coach to lead and grow our ninja-style movement program for ages 5-10. This role is ideal for someone who: Loves working with energetic kids Enjoys creating engaging obstacle-based classes Can confidently lead groups while keeping things fun and structured Wants the freedom to build and evolve a program This is not a plug-and-play coaching position. We're looking for someone who can bring creativity, leadership, and initiative to the role while working within our existing gym space and equipment setup. The right person will have the opportunity to expand classes, shape curriculum, and grow the program over time. What You'll Do Lead NinGym classes for ages 5-10 Create fun, safe, high-energy class experiences Design obstacle courses and movement circuits using existing equipment Adapt creatively within our current gym setup Build class structure, routines, and skill progressions Help grow class offerings based on demand Build strong relationships with kids and families Support a positive, encouraging team culture

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has strong energy and leadership presence Works well with elementary-aged kids Is creative, adaptable, and self-directed Can manage groups while maintaining safety and structure Enjoys movement-based coaching and active play Takes initiative and enjoys ownership

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience with ninja, parkour, gymnastics, obstacle training, PE, camps, or youth fitness Have coached recreational youth programs before Enjoy curriculum building and program development Have experience leading or growing a program Schedule Fridays & Saturdays to start Opportunity to add additional classes and hours over time Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Growth opportunities within the program Potential for expanded leadership responsibilities as the program grows Why This Role is Different Most coaching roles hand you a lesson plan. Pay:
