About the Role We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, and learning the fundamentals of sales and client relationship management. You'll be responsible for responding to incoming inquiries, supporting the sales process, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a key point of communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming phone calls, chats, and emails from potential and existing clients Draft, send, and track sales proposals and related documents Follow up with clients to answer questions, provide updates, and support decision-making Enter and maintain accurate client and sales data in the CRM system Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction Maintain open, professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and partners Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and via chat/email Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00

PM Pay:

$25.50-$30.50 per hour
