Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Operations Specialist with over three years of experience to join our financial services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing complex account processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the seamless execution of logistics operations. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our trucking operations, optimize operational workflows, and uphold industry standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about financial accuracy, regulatory adherence, and delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities Manage customer house accounts - billing and collecting Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. Reconcile fuel and toll expenses, maintaining accurate records for audits. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions. Assist in audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Coordinate office activities and operations Maintain weekly inbound freight reporting Maintain records of shipments, vehicle maintenance, and compliance documentation. Maintaining logs of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption. Maintain office equipment and facilities Answer phone calls and manage correspondence Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Collaborate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Requirements Minimum of three years' experience in logistics environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel for data analysis using spreadsheets—and familiarity with TMS software systems. Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards. Previous experience in logistics or transportation management is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication skills and a professional demeanor. Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
