What You'll Do:
Pay Out Tickets:
Handle customer payouts with accuracy.
Manage Money:
Keep precise records of all cash and check balances.
Deliver Exceptional Service:
Be the go-to person for our dealers, vendors, and customers, ensuring a fantastic experience every time.
Data Entry:
Enter all transaction data into our software.
File Management:
Keep all transaction-related files organized and up-to-date. This role is located primarily inside the office, may require to be in the yard from time to time.
What You'll Need:
Independent Spirit:
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
People Skills:
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
Trustworthy:
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
