Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs Promote and explain product features, benefits, and financial services options to customers Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills, including cash handling and cashiering duties Process sales transactions efficiently using financial software and perform basic math calculations for pricing and discounts Support loan processing or financial service inquiries when applicable, ensuring compliance with procedures Maintain a tidy checkout area, manage cash management tasks, and ensure accurate record keeping Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Basic math skills including 10 key typing proficiency for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor Familiarity with banking or financial services concepts is advantageous but not mandatory Part-Time Sales Associate (Insurance Sales)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and personable Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team during mid-week hours. In this role, you will connect with potential and existing clients, help them understand their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate coverage options. Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs Present and explain insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.) Generate leads through outreach, referrals, and networking Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records Meet or exceed sales goals during scheduled hours Deliver strong customer service and build client relationships

Qualifications:
