Overview Dynabyte Candy Co. LLC, a start-up business located inside the Three Rivers mall, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Store Associate to join our team. Having recently opened in August 2026, we are looking for a part-time team member who is eager to learn and grow with us. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain retail experience in a dynamic and friendly environment, supporting the day-to-day operations of our small retail store. Duties Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience Assist with stocking shelves and organizing products to maintain an attractive store appearance Face products and ensure displays are neat and inviting Perform basic cleaning tasks to keep the store clean and safe for customers and staff Support various store operations as needed, including helping with inventory management and other tasks associated with running a small retail business Be proactive in learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities as the role develops Skills Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to different responsibilities Basic organizational skills for stocking and maintaining product displays Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic No prior experience necessary—training will be provided for interested candidates looking to grow their retail knowledge
