SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Semi Senior About Clarika We are dedicated to software development, IT consulting, website development, and digital transformation. We offer highly qualified tech teams experienced in delivering quality software using Agile SCRUM techniques. At Clarika, we are experts creating software solutions through a diverse set of technologies and frameworks delivering as expected using agile SCRUM methodologies. About the position Identify and establish contact with individuals who are a strong fit for the services or products offered, with the objective of consistently generating a pipeline of meetings and presentations with new clients. The SDR role focuses on proactively capturing the interest of potential clients who meet the Ideal Customer Profile defined by Clarika. The SDR is responsible for channeling this interest into an interaction (conversation / presentation / demo) with the potential client, centered on Clarika's value proposition. Initially, key success metrics include: number of qualified prospects contacted, meetings scheduled, and quotations generated from those meetings. It is a "Hunter" profile , expected to proactively generate its own business opportunities, without relying solely on pre-existing databases or previously acquired client portfolios. Required Skills Experience proactively coordinating B2B customer conversations Experience delivering B2B service or product presentations Knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM systems, and automation tools Advanced English proficiency Student or graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, Technology, or related fields Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong listening skills and ability to ask effective questions Proactivity in follow-up of contacts and opportunities Methodical, results-oriented mindset focused on quantitative goals Self-critical, humble attitude Patience and resilience; does not expect immediate results Strong interest in developing a career in the commercial area of technology companies Responsibilities Capture the interest of potential clients in the company's value proposition through: Use of automation technologies, messaging, and content provided by the company Proactive outreach and systematic follow-up by the SDR Coordinate initial interactions with sales representatives (with the expectation of progressively leading these interactions independently) Document all conversations and activities in the CRM Follow up on initiated commercial activities Clarika is officially certified as a Great Place to Work®.
