As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our customers.

Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their unique needs and preferences.

Provide a personalized and consultative shopping experience, ensuring clients feel valued and understood. Showcase our exquisite jewelry collections and provide detailed information about their features and benefits. Demonstrate expert knowledge of fine jewelry, including diamonds, gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship techniques Offer expert guidance on selecting the perfect piece for any occasion.

• Facilitate sales transactions and provide information on financing and extended service plans.
• Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and private appointments.
• Achieving individual and team sales goals. Exceed individual and store sales targets through storytelling and relationship-building. Build lasting relationships with our clientele. Manage customer flow and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Greet and assist customers with inquiries and directions. Process transactions with precision and discretion, handling high-value purchases with professionalism. Maintain a well-organized and welcoming store environment. Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Help create a customer first environment, by ensuring customer wait times are low, and that the customer feels valued. Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring jewelry is displayed securely and attractively.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive brands, and new collection launches.
• Support Special Events, trunk shows, and private shopping experiences We're Looking for

Individuals Who:

Have a passion for helping customers celebrate life's special moments. Possess strong customer service and sales skills. Have previous retail or jewelry experience (preferred but not required). Are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Are detail-oriented and possess a positive attitude.
