In-Person Position We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Thermal, California for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person role provides the opportunity to support students with communication disorders while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive school environment. The hiring process is immediate, and we are actively interviewing qualified candidates. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication needs Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, progress reports, and Medicaid billing as required Collaborate with teachers, parents, psychologists, occupational therapists, and special education staff Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations regarding special education services Requirements Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License required Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered Valid California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) credential or eligibility for school-based services preferred ASHA certification preferred Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Position Highlights Competitive pay: $58.00- 63.00/hour Full 2026-2027 school year assignment Supportive school-based team environment Virtual interview process for expedited hiring Immediate hiring process To expedite the hiring process, please email your resume directly to Steve Johnson at School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
