Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a pivotal role supporting students' developmental growth for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year as an Occupational Therapist. This full-time, on-site position is designed for professionals enthusiastic about making a significant impact within elementary and middle school settings, working closely with a diverse caseload of about 20 students. As a valued OT, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in school-based therapy, home health, and teletherapy to implement effective intervention strategies tailored to each student's unique needs. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality, individualized care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to foster student success.
Desired Qualifications:
Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience in school-based OT, home health, and/or teletherapy settings Strong communication and organizational abilities Commitment to supporting students across elementary and middle school age ranges Passion for inspiring growth and independence among student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students in an educational environment Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student support Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and educational planning This opportunity offers a contract position with a starting pay of $47+ per hour, depending on experience.
