Licensed Mental Health Therapist — LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW Positive Therapy FL is growing, and we're looking for the right therapist to join our team! Positive Therapy FL is a boutique mental health and integrative wellness practice located in Southwest Ranches, Florida. We provide personalized, evidence-based care in a warm, collaborative environment with an emphasis on treating the whole person. We are seeking a Florida-licensed LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW to join our growing team as an independent contractor. Our ideal candidate is a trauma-focused clinician who is passionate about helping clients heal and navigate complex emotional experiences. We are especially interested in a provider who is comfortable working with women's mental health and maternal wellness.

Our ideal provider:

Holds an active Florida LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license Has strong experience and/or training in trauma-informed care, trauma, and PTSD Is bilingual in English and Spanish — strongly preferred Has experience or a special interest in women's and maternal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, grief, and pregnancy/infant loss Additional languages are a plus Has experience supporting anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationships, and major life transitions Brings a warm, compassionate, client-centered approach Is comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services Values collaboration while maintaining clinical independence Southwest Ranches, FL Hybrid — In-Person + Telehealth Independent Contractor Opportunity We're looking for more than someone to simply fill a schedule.
