Aftercare Lead Meadowlark Microschool 📍 Summit Hill, Saint Paul, MN | 🗓️ Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 2:30-4:30 PM | 💵 $25/hour Looking for a low-commitment, high-impact gig that fits around your schedule? Meadowlark is a nature-based, Waldorf-inspired microschool in Summit Hill, and we're looking for a fun, dependable person to lead our aftercare program four afternoons a week. Just eight hours a week, real pay, and real experience — perfect if you're studying education, psychology, child development, or just love being outside and working with kids. What you'll actually be doing

• Running outdoor play, nature crafts, storytelling, and gardening with a small group of kids
• Keeping the space calm, safe, and fun — no lesson plans, no grading, just genuine connection
• Chatting with parents at pickup and giving them the highlights
• Helping with snack time and simple conflict resolution (think: "who gets the swing next")
• Quick setup/cleanup before and after — nothing complicated Why students love this role
